Wild Card & Tournament Games Go Linear
(St. Louis, MO) – Ohio Valley Conference fans continue to receive access to multiple games being televised. The OVC seen on ESPN includes eight men’s games that will be on one of the four-letter network’s linear channels and five that will be on ESPNU. One woman’s game will also carried on ESPNU. Those eight men’s games will include five regular season games and three from the league tournament (March 4-7).
“For the fourth-straight year the League will utilize a Wild Card selection process to determine the linear telecasts, with selections determined and announced approximately two weeks before the competition date to ensure the best matchups.”
“All seven games of the OVC Women’s Basketball Tournament, as well as the first round and quarterfinals of the men’s tournament (four total games), will be available on ESPN+ and the all-new ESPN App.”
OVC Seen on ESPN – there will be over 200 games broadcast on ESPN+ and on the ESPN App.
