Opening Day Games in the Valleys

When & Where to Watch The Games

Some OVC Times have been changed!

(St. Louis, MO) – College basketball’s opening day has finally arrived! We pay close attention to the Missouri Valley and Ohio Valley Conferences and 12 of those 22 teams are in action on Wednesday.

Seven of those games are being played against ‘power seven’ schools (5 FBS conferences, plus Big East and American Conference). Three MVC schools are on covid restrictions and have no immediately scheduled games. The other seven schools play later in the week.

Many of these games and game times change from day-to-day, so check back here or to the school websites to get the most up-to-date information.

Missouri Valley Conference

Austin Peay versus Omaha – Gulf Coast Showcase – 4 pm – FloHoops

Eastern Kentucky versus North Florida – Wolfpack Invitational – 4:30 pm

Morehead State @ Kentucky – Bluegrass Showcase – 5 pm – SEC Network

Southern Illinois Edwardsville @ Saint Louis U – Billiken Classic – 6 pm – ESPN+

Jacksonville State @ Alabama – 7:00 pm – SEC Network

Tennessee Tech @ Indiana – 7 pm – Big Ten Network

Eastern Illinois @ Wisconsin – 9 pm – Big Ten Network
