Complete Schedule of MVC/OVC Postseason Games

Where, When & How to See

(St. Louis, MO) – It is a busy week for fans of the Missouri Valley and Ohio Valley Conferences. While only one OVC team is participating in postseason action, five Valley squads play this week. Below is the complete schedule of those first round games.

National Invitation Tournament

All four MVC squads play their opening round games to the National Invitation Tournament on Wednesday. Two play at home and two on the road. This complete schedule lists each team’s seeded spot within their bracket, the time of the game (CST) and where it can be viewed. All four Vally teams play Wenesday, March 18.

# 7 – Murray State (20-12) at # 2 – Nevada (22-12) – 9:00 pm – ESPN+

# 7 – Illinois Chicago (19-15) at # 2 California (21-11) – 10:00 pm – ESPN2

The NIT’s second round games can be played on March 21 or 22.

NCAA Tournament

Both the Valley’s Northern Iowa and the OVC’s Tennessee State play their NCAA Tournament opening round games on Friday, March 20.

# 15 Tennessee State (23-9) versus # 2 Iowa State (27-7) – 1:50 pm – CBS in St. Louis – Midwest Region

# 12 – Northern Iowa (23-12) versus # 4 St. John’s (28-6) – 6:10 pm – CBS in San Diego – East Region

# 10 Santa Clara (26-8) versus # 7 Kentucky (21-13) – 11:15 am – CBS – Midwest Region

# 15 Queens (21-13) versus # 2 Purdue (27-8) – 6:35 pm – truTV – West Region

# 10 Missouri (20-12) versus # 7 Miami (25-8) – 9:10 pm – truTV – West Region

The winners of these games would play Sunday at a time to be determined by the networks.
