Editor: The following is part of a press release from slubillikens.com.

(St. Louis, MO) – Saint Louis senior guard Jordan was named the Atlantic 10 Conference’s Men’s Basketball co-Player of the Week, the league announced today. He shares the honor with St. Bonaventure’s Jalen Adaway.

It is the second time this season and the third time in his career that Goodwin earned A-10 Player of the Week honors.

Goodwin helped the Billikens to victories over Rhode Island and Fordham last week. Against URI, he had a strong all-around game by leading SLU with 17 points, six steals (tying his career high) and six assists, and he pulled down 11 rebounds.

Against Fordham, he collected his 10th double-double of the season with 12 points and 10 rebounds. He added a game-high five assists.

Goodwin is putting together a season worthy of Player of the Year and All-American consideration. The 6-foot-3 guard averages a double-double of 15.1 ppg and 10.2 rpg (20th in the NCAA). He also dishes out 5.3 assists per game and posts 1.9 steals per game.

Goodwin and the Billikens return to action tomorrow when they take on La Salle at Chaifetz Arena. Game time is 8 p.m.

I haven't heard, nor do I know, how does this apply to the typical 'foreign' basketball player that is most often over 19?

Obviously, this is a sentimental and not a ‘spreadsheet’ notion, but would hate to see @MVCsports change the #ArchMadness format from the traditional ‘family reunion’ feel by cutting teams from the experience. #FatherHarry

Congrats to @ISURedbirdGolf. T.J. Barger sets a school record. Pietro Pontiggia records the Redbirds' second-ever top 20 finish at a regional. The team finishes tent in the region which is tied for the program's best regional finish! #FatherHarry
