Veteran Beat Writers Break Down the MVC

(St. Louis, MO) – Missouri Valley Conference teams tip off their conference schedule on Wednesday night so we talked over the early season results and trends in the Valley with Todd Hefferman of the Southern Illinoisan Newspaper and Jim Benson of the Pantagraph Newspaper. It’s opening night in the Missouri Valley.

With over 30 years of MVC history between them, these two are a wealth of knowledge.

Obviously, this is a sentimental and not a ‘spreadsheet’ notion, but would hate to see @MVCsports change the #ArchMadness format from the traditional ‘family reunion’ feel by cutting teams from the experience. #FatherHarry
