Miller correctly predicted all 68 out of 68 teams to appear in the 2017 NCAA Tournament. He finished in the Top 14 bracketologists nationally and ahead of experts from CBS, USA Today, Sports Illustrated, and Yahoo. Between 2017-2019, Miller is one of just two bracketologists to score 350 or above (352, 354, 350).

I haven't heard, nor do I know, how does this apply to the typical 'foreign' basketball player that is most often over 19?
