Missouri Valley’s Chance at Multiple Bids
(St. Louis, MO) – Rocco Miller is one of the top bracketologists nationally. He routinely scores as high or higher than Joe Lunardi, Jerry Palm and others. Miller also lends a hand to many mid-major basketball programs, helping them schedule games. He has what he calls a ‘college basketball sickness’.
We discussed our mutual affection for the Missouri Valley Conference and our disdain for the plight of the mid-major once March rolls around. I asked him about the possibility of the Valley creating a connection with another league, similar to the old Mountain West/Missouri Valley Challenge.

I haven't heard, nor do I know, how does this apply to the typical 'foreign' basketball player that is most often over 19?
